Ingredients
- 2½ cups rice Chex
- 2½ cups Corn Chex
- 2½ cups pretzels
- 2½ cups Cheerios
- 2 cups peanuts
- 1 cup red and green M&M's
- 5 cups white chocolate chips
- 1 tablespoon red sprinkles
- 1 tablespoon green sprinkles
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the rice Chex, corn Chex, pretzels, Cheerios, peanuts and M&M’s. Set aside.
- Place the white chocolate chips into a microwave-safe bowl. Heat in 30-second intervals, stirring after each time, until completely melted. This should take about 1½-2 minutes.
- Pour the melted white chocolate into the Chex mixture and toss until completely coated.
- Spread the mixture onto 1 or 2 parchment lined baking sheets. Sprinkle with red and green sprinkles.
- Let set until hardened, about 20 minutes. Once set, break up into small chunks and serve.
