Chunky Guacamole Recipe
This Chunky Guacamole Recipe skips the mashing for a bolder texture in your favorite dip!
Ingredients
- 2 avocado peeled and diced, ripe
- 1 avocado peeled and mashed, ripe
- 1/3 cup red onion finely diced
- 1/2 cup tomatoes diced, ripe
- 1 jalapeño seeded and finely diced, small
- 2 teaspoons garlic minced
- 1/3 cup cilantro chopped, fresh
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 2 pinches cumin
- kosher salt to taste
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the diced and mashed avocados, onions, tomatoes, jalapeño, garlic, and cilantro. Drizzle with lime juice and season with cumin and salt to taste.
- Gently mix the ingredients to combine without mashing the avocados much more. Adjust seasoning if necessary and serve immediately.
