Ingredients

Ingredients :
  • 2 C flour
  • 1 1/2 C light brown sugar
  • 1/2 C sugar
  • 1 C unsalted butter softened
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 tsp kosher salt
  • 2 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • 3/4 C bananas mashed
  • 2 1/2 C chocolate chips

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees and line a 9x13 baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. Using a standing mixer, beat together the butter, eggs, brown sugar, sugar, salt, and vanilla until combined and smooth.
  3. Gradually beat in the flour and mashed banana until combined.
  4. Fold in 2 C of chocolate chips.
  5. Pour the batter into the baking dish.
  6. Sprinkle the remaining chocolate chips onto the top of the brownies.
  7. Bake in the oven for 30-40 minutes or until a toothpick comes out of the center clean.
  8. Allow to cool before cutting into bars.
