Ingredients
- 1 cup cilantro leaves and stems, rinsed
- 2 cloves garlic peeled
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon balsamic vinegar or rice wine vinegar
- lemon juice of 1
- 1 can green chili 4-ounce can, mild, diced
- ¼ teaspoon of sea salt
- black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Place all ingredients in a blender or food processor and blend together to fully combined.
Notes
- Wash cilantro leaves and stems thoroughly, wiping stems with a damp paper towel to remove dirt.
- Drain cilantro well after washing to avoid watery dressing.
- Add olive oil gradually to reach desired dressing thickness.
