Ingredients
- 1 15.5 oz chickpeas drained (also called garbanzo beans, canned
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 jalapeño sliced, medium
- 2/3 cup cilantro packed
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup tahini
- lemon juice of 1/2 lemon
- 1/2 tsp cumin
- 1/2 tsp salt
- black pepper several grinds, fresh
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a food processor and blend for at least one full minute. Taste for salt and add more as needed. Refrigerate. Enjoy!
