Cilantro Lime Chicken
Cilantro Lime Chicken is marinated in a mix of fresh cilantro, garlic, lime juice, lime zest, honey, and spices before pan cooking. The marinade imparts a bright citrus flavor with mild sweetness and a touch of earthiness from cumin and chili powder. After marinating, the chicken breasts are cooked in a hot skillet with the marinade until juicy and fully cooked, then finished with fresh cilantro and lime juice. This technique results in tender, flavorful chicken suitable for various meals.
