Cilantro Lime Dip

Ingredients

  • ¾ cup mayonnaise
  • 1 Greek yogurt I use 0%, plain, 1/4 cup
  • ¾ cilantro doesn't have to be exact, I used a big handful, 1 cup
  • lime juice or about ⅓ cup, juice of 2 limes
  • salt dash
  • black pepper dash

Notes

  • The longer this dip sits, the better. If you leave it in the fridge overnight it's super delicious the next day. Weill keep about a week in the fridge. Good on tacos, burritos, enchiladas, with chips....anything!
