Ingredients

  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 jalapeño
  • 2 cups cilantro fresh
  • 1 avocado
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 3 tablespoons lime juice
  • salt
  • black pepper

Instructions

  1. Roughly chop the garlic and jalapeño for easier blending.
  2. Add all ingredients to a food processor or high-speed blender.
  3. Blend until smooth and completely emulsified.
  4. Taste and adjust seasoning to your liking.
  5. Serve immediately or store in the fridge. Shake before each use.
