Cilantro Lime Dressing Recipe

Cilantro Lime Dressing is an easy and delicious citrus dressing for salads, dipping sauces or even as a marinade! Spicy and sweet, it is no-cook and comes together in 5 minutes.

Ingredients

  • 1 Jalapeno pepper , seeded and coarsely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic , coarsely chopped
  • 3/4 teaspoon fresh ginger , grated
  • 1/4 cup lime juice
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 2 teaspoons balsamic vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoons fine sea salt
  • 1/3 cup cilantro leaves , packed
  • 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil

Instructions

  1. Place all jalapeno, garlic and ginger into a food processor. Pulse until finely minced.
  2. Add lime juice through olive oil, pulse until vinaigrette consistency.
  3. Serve over salad or seafood! Cilantro Lime Dressing can be keep refrigerated for up to a week in an airtight container.
