Cilantro Lime Yogurt Dip

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups PLAIN yogurt Stonyfield, smooth & creamy whole milk
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 6 green onions shoots
  • ¼ cup cilantro fresh with stems on
  • ½ lime zested and juice
  • ½ teaspoon chili powder plus more for garnish
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon cumin powder

Instructions

  1. In a food processor, combine 1 cup of Stonyfield Smooth & Creamy Whole Milk Plain Yogurt, garlic clove, green onions, fresh cilantro, lime zest and juice, ½ teaspoon chili powder, salt, and cumin. Puree until smooth.
  2. Add the puree to a bowl then carefully hand mix-in ½ cup of Stonyfield Smooth & Creamy Whole Milk Plain Yogurt. Sprinkle chili powder on top and serve with tortilla chips. Refrigerate leftovers in airtight container for up to 1 week.

Notes

  • While this is amazing just with chips, I also love to drizzle it over tacos or inside wraps.
