Cinnamon Bites Recipe

Ooey gooey Cinnamon Bites taste just like cinnamon rolls, but are SO much quicker! They are a tasty make-ahead breakfast.

Ingredients

  • 12 oz refrigerated biscuits
  • 3 tablespoons butter melted
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon
Glaze
  • 1 cup powdered sugar sifted
  • 2 tablespoons butter melted
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoons milk

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Grease 8x8 pan.
  3. Place cinnamon and sugar in a small bowl and mix well. Set aside.
  4. Cut biscuits in 4 and dip in cinnamon/sugar mixture until coated.
  5. Place in pan close together and spread melted butter over cut biscuits.
  6. Bake for 20-22 minutes.
  7. Mix glaze ingredients until well combined and pour over warm biscuits.
