Cinnamon Chipotle Salmon
Baked Cinnamon Chipotle Salmon is a healthy, gluten free recipe that has the perfect balance of sweet and spicy, and is made in only 29 minutes for a quick and easy meal!
Ingredients
- ¼ cup maple syrup
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1 tsp chipotle powder
- ½ tsp ground cinnamon
- ¼ tsp kosher salt
- 1 lb salmon
- 1-2 lbs sweet potato peeled & small dice - optional
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F.
- In a small bowl, combine the maple syrup, chili powder, chipotle powder, ground cinnamon and kosher salt.
- Place the salmon in a foil basket on a baking sheet, cover with the chipotle cinnamon maple glaze.
- Optionally add sweet potatoes around the salmon and drizzle with any additional chipotle cinnamon maple glaze.
- Place in the oven for 20-25 minutes.
