Ingredients
- 1 pineapple cut into twelve wedges, fresh and ripe
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
- 2 tablespoons butter unsalted
- 3 tablespoons water

Instructions
- Add pineapple wedges, brown sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg into a large Ziploc bag and gently toss until well coated.
- Place a large pan over medium-high heat and melt the butte.
