Cinnamon Honey Butter

Just the perfect light and fluffy sweet topping for popovers, muffins, breads, pancakes, and more!!

Ingredients

  • ½ c. unsalted butter softened to room temperature
  • ½ c. powdered sugar
  • 1 T. honey
  • 2 tsp. cinnamon
  • ⅛ tsp. kosher salt

Instructions

  1. Place butter in bowl of stand mixer and beat on medium-high to high speed for two minutes.
  2. Add powdered sugar, honey, cinnamon, and salt, and beat for two minutes more.
  3. Transfer to a jar or container. This is best served at room temperature. Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days or refrigerate for up to 1 month. Bring to room temperature before serving again.
