Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsalted butter room temperature
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
  • pinch of salt optional

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, mix butter, sugar, honey and cinnamon until well combined.
  2. Add salt (if desired) and blend. You can add more or less of the honey and cinnamon for your taste.
  3. Serve on toast, rolls, sweet potatoes, pancakes, waffles or muffins.
