Cinnamon Honey Sweet Potatoes

Ingredients

  • 4 sweet potatoes, peeled and diced
  • 2 tablespoon butter
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Combine all the ingredients together in a cast iron skillet.
  3. Toss to coat thorougly and place skillet into preheated oven.
  4. Cook for about 20 minutes, or until tender.
  5. Remove from oven, stir, and serve!
