Ingredients
- 3 cups oats I recommend old-fashioned rolled oats
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 2 tablespoon coconut oil melted
- ½ cups maple syrup
- 1¼ cups raisins
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 300 F and line a large baking sheet with a parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, mix oats, coconut oil, cinnamon, maple syrup and raisins.
- Spread the granola mixture out onto a baking sheet and bake for 35 minutes, stirring halfway through.
- Remove granola from the oven, let it cool and store in the airtight jar.

Notes
- Maple syrup. If you like to make your cinnamon raisin granola sweeter, you can add ¼ cup more maple syrup.
- Stirring. If the edges start to brown quickly, take the raisin granola out of the oven and stir, then return and continue baking until it's done.
- Baking. Don't over-bake! The coconut oil granola will continue to crisp as it cools, so it's okay if it seems soft when it's fresh out of the oven.
