Ingredients

  • 1 Cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1½ Cups powdered sugar
  • 1 Cup dry milk powder
  • ½ teaspoon sea salt
  • ½ Cup dark chocolate chips
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • ¼ teaspoon cayenne optional

Instructions

  1. Combine ingredients in food processor and pulse until chocolate chips are completely processed.
  2. Transfer to clean airtight container.
  3. To make hot cocoa: Heat 8 ounces milk or water. Add 3-4 Tablespoons hot cocoa mix. Stir and serve.
