Citrus Chicken Breast Marinade
This Citrus Chicken Breast Marinade combines orange and lime juices and zests with garlic, oregano, paprika, and pepper to tenderize and flavor chicken breasts. The bright citrus pairs with herbs and spices for a balanced, fresh taste. Marinating the chicken allows deep infusion of flavor, making it juicy and aromatic whether grilled or cooked by other methods. Garnishes of fresh parsley and citrus slices complement the dish’s vibrant profile.

Notes
- Using thin cut or butterfly-split chicken breasts shortens cooking time and promotes even cooking.
- You can bake the marinated chicken at 400°F for about 24 minutes as an alternative to grilling.
- For stovetop cooking, sauté the chicken over medium heat for about 10 minutes, flipping once, until no longer pink and juices run clear.
