Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup fresh orange juice
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, whisk together orange juice, lemon juice, honey, and Dijon mustard.
  2. Slowly drizzle in the olive oil while continuously whisking to create an emulsion.
