- 1 orange peeled, seeded and quartered
- 1/2 cup fresh pineapple chunks
- 1/2 cup frozen mango chunks
- 1 date
- Handful of ice to taste
- coconut flakes for topping
Instructions
- Combine orange, pineapple, mango, date and ice in a blender. Blend on high until smooth. Sprinkle with coconut flakes and serve.
