Citrus Vinaigrette
Tastes fresh and sweet, this citrus vinaigrette will add delicious and bright flavors to any of your favorite salads.
Ingredients
- ¼ cup white wine vinegar
- ¼ cup orange juice freshly squeezed
- ¼ cup lemon juice 2 lemons, freshly squeezed
- ¼ cup shallot 1 large, minced
- 1 tablespoon honey
- ½ cup extra virgin olive oil
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, whisk the vinegar, orange juice, lemon juice, shallots, honey, and salt. Slowly pour in the olive oil, constantly whisking, to form an emulsion.
- If not using immediately, refrigerate the vinaigrette in a lidded jar or airtight container for up to 1 week.
