- 3 tangerines, juiced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- ½ lemon, juiced
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- ½ teaspoon lemon zest
- salt to taste
Instructions
- Make dressing by combining tangerine juice, oil, lemon juice, garlic, lemon zest and salt in a container. Seal and shake until combined.
- Make salad by tossing together the baby greens, walnuts, feta, lemon zest and apple together in a large bowl.
