Citrus Vinaigrette

Ingredients

  • 3 tangerines, juiced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • ½ lemon, juiced
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • ½ teaspoon lemon zest
  • salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Make dressing by combining tangerine juice, oil, lemon juice, garlic, lemon zest and salt in a container. Seal and shake until combined.
  2. Make salad by tossing together the baby greens, walnuts, feta, lemon zest and apple together in a large bowl.

Notes

  • Make ahead of time. Make the dressing for this recipe up to 1-2 days in advance. Store it in a jar with an airtight lid and keep it in the refrigerator. Give it a good shake before using it.
  • STORE. The dressing for this recipe can be stored in the fridge for up to 5 days in a mason jar or airtight container.
