Classic Daiquiri

Ingredients

  • 2 ounces good quality white rum
  • 1 ounce freshly squeezed lime juice
  • ½ ounce simple syrup
  • Lime wheel for garnish

Instructions

  1. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice and add the rum, lime juice, and simple syrup.
  2. Shake until well chilled, at least 30 seconds. Strain into a coupe glass and garnish with a lime wheel. Enjoy immediately.

Notes

  • If you reeeeeeally like a classic sour cocktail, try adding up to ½ ounce more lime juice, to make this drink extra puckery!
