Ingredients

  • 2 cups avocado about 2 medium avocados, diced, ripe
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 teaspoon garlic freshly grated
  • ½ teaspoon kosher salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper freshly cracked
  • ¼ cup tomato finely diced
  • 3 tablespoons onion minced
  • 2 tablespoons cilantro minced
  • 1 tablespoon jalapeño optional, minced

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, mash the diced avocado, lime juice, garlic, salt, and pepper until it is your desired consistency.
  2. Fold in the tomato, onion, cilantro, and jalapeno (if using). Taste and season with additional salt and pepper if needed.
