Ingredients
- 2 cups diced ripe avocado about 2 medium avocados
- 2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lime juice
- 1 teaspoon freshly grated garlic
- ½ teaspoon kosher salt
- ¼ teaspoon freshly cracked black pepper
- ¼ cup finely diced tomato
- 3 tablespoons minced onion
- 2 tablespoons minced cilantro
- 1 tablespoon minced jalapeño optional
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, mash the diced avocado, lime juice, garlic, salt, and pepper until it is your desired consistency.
- Fold in the tomato, onion, cilantro, and jalapeno (if using). Taste and season with additional salt and pepper if needed.
