Classic Margarita

The Classic Margarita on the rocks is a favorite summer drink for a reason. My recipe made with real lime juice is fresh, tart and delicious!

Ingredients

  • 4 cups ice
  • 1 cup tequila
  • 3/4 cup lime juice
  • 1/2 cup triple sec
  • 1/2 cup simple syrup
  • 2 tablespoons Margarita salt
  • 4 slices fresh lime , for garnish

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. In a pitcher with ice add the tequila, lime juice, triple sec and simple syrup.
  2. Mix well until ice cold.
  3. Dip margarita glass upside down in water, then in salt.
  4. Pour in margarita and garnish with lime slice.
