Classic Meatloaf Recipe
This Classic Meatloaf blends ground beef with onion, garlic, oats, and seasonings including Italian herbs and Worcestershire sauce. Eggs and milk help bind the mixture, which is shaped into a loaf and baked until cooked through. A glaze of ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, and sugar coats the top, giving a sweet and tangy finish. The result is a moist, tender meatloaf with a balanced savory flavor suited for a comforting main course.
