Ingredients

  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 4 tablespoons salted butter
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 cups old-fashioned rolled oats

Instructions

  1. In a medium-sized saucepan, combine the sugar, butter, and milk. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat, stirring constantly.
  2. Once boiling, remove from heat and stir in the peanut butter, cocoa powder, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  3. Add in the rolled oats and stir until well combined.
  4. Using a spoon, drop the mixture onto wax paper and let cool.
