Classic Plombir Ice Cream

Ingredients

  • 3 cups heavy whipping cream cold
  • 7 oz sweeten condensed milk
  • 1 tbsp vanilla extract
  • 24 cake cones

Instructions

  1. Place the ingredients in a large bowl.
  2. Using an electric hand mixer or stand mixer, beat the mixture until it reaches soft peaks. When you lift the beaters out of the bowl, the cream should gently peak and fall over.
  3. Place the cones into a muffin pan for support. Fill each one with the cream mixture.
  4. Freeze the cones for a few hours, or until the ice cream is fully frozen. Enjoy a bite of my childhood!
