																							Ingredients
- 2 medium tomatoes sliced
 - 1 medium cucumber chopped
 - ½ yellow bell peppers chopped
 - 1 red onion thinly sliced
 - 1 scallion chopped
 - 12 kalamata olives pitted
 - 1 teaspoon dry oregano
 - ¼ teaspoon salt
 - 2 tablespoon olive oil
 - 7 oz feta cheese cut into large chunks
 
Instructions
- In a medium mixing bowl, combine tomatoes, cucumber, bell pepper, onion, scallion, and Kalamata olives.
 - Sprinkle with oregano and salt, and drizzle with olive oil.
 - Mix gently. Top the salad with Feta cheese and serve.
