Ingredients

  • 2 cups of spinach (or other leafy green)
  • 1 cup coconut water (or plain water)
  • 2 bananas, sliced and frozen
  • 1/2 avocado
Toppings
  • 2 kiwi fruit, peeled and sliced
  • 1/2 cup blueberries
  • 1/4 cup coconut flakes
  • 2 tbsp sunflower seeds

Instructions

  1. Add all smoothie bowl ingredients to a high-powered blender and blend until thick and creamy.
  2. Pour into a bowl and top with kiwi, blueberries, coconut and sunflower seeds.
