- 1 cup coconut water (or plain water)
- 2 bananas, sliced and frozen
- 1/2 avocado
Toppings
- 2 kiwi fruit, peeled and sliced
- 1/2 cup blueberries
- 1/4 cup coconut flakes
- 2 tbsp sunflower seeds
Instructions
