Ingredients

  • 4 pounds pork shoulder butt roast
  • 1 onion , sliced
  • 12 ounces cola Coca-Cola soda
  • 10 3/4 ounces cream of mushroom soup , canned
  • 1 packet onion soup mix dry

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
  2. Place onions in a large dutch oven and top with pork roast.
  3. Mix Coca-Cola, cream of mushroom soup, and onion soup mix.
  4. Pour over pork roast and cover.
  5. Cook for 3-4 hours until tender.
