Cocoa Hazelnut Butter
Cocoa Hazelnut Butter is creamy and buttery and tastes amazing on just about anything. And it's probably a lot better for you than a store-bought brand.
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups hazelnut toasted
- 1/4 teaspoon salt sea salt
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- plash water optional
Instructions
- Place all ingredients into food processor or blender and blitz until smooth. Add more olive oil or water as needed to smooth. Spread onto bread, dip fruit in or eat with a spoon. Store in air tight container in fridge for up to 2 weeks.
