Coconut Coffee Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cup ground coffee Dunkin’ Donuts Coconut flavored, brewed
  • 2 banana medium ripe
  • 1 cup coconut milk or the milk of your choice
  • 2 tbsp. cocoa powder
  • 2 tbsp. coconut shredded
  • ⅓ cup almond butter
  • ½ tbsp. honey optional

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. First, pour the coffee into ice cube tray and freeze for 2 hours or overnight.
  2. Place the frozen coffee ice cubes and the rest of the ingredients in a blender, and process until smooth.
  3. Taste for sweetness and adjust by adding honey, if needed. Serve.

Notes

  • Freeze brewed coffee in ice cube trays ahead of time to have ready for smoothie preparation.
