Coconut Coffee Smoothie
The Coconut Coffee Smoothie blends brewed coconut-flavored coffee frozen into ice cubes with ripe bananas, coconut milk, cocoa powder, shredded coconut, and almond butter to create a rich, creamy drink. Its combination of coffee and tropical flavors offers a refreshing and energizing treat.
Ingredients
- 1 ½ cup ground coffee Dunkin’ Donuts Coconut flavored, brewed
- 2 banana medium ripe
- 1 cup coconut milk or the milk of your choice
- 2 tbsp. cocoa powder
- 2 tbsp. coconut shredded
- ⅓ cup almond butter
- ½ tbsp. honey optional
Instructions
- First, pour the coffee into ice cube tray and freeze for 2 hours or overnight.
- Place the frozen coffee ice cubes and the rest of the ingredients in a blender, and process until smooth.
- Taste for sweetness and adjust by adding honey, if needed. Serve.
Notes
- Freeze brewed coffee in ice cube trays ahead of time to have ready for smoothie preparation.
