Coconut Green Smoothie

A healthy green smoothie with a coconut kick!

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup coconut milk
  • 1/2 cup yogurt plain, Greek
  • 1 cup spinach
  • 1 banana peeled, large
  • 1 apple cored, peeled and chopped, green, large size
  • 2 tablespoons coconut shaved
  • 1 cup ice

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Put the coconut milk, yogurt, spinach, banana, apple, coconut, and ice in a blender. Blend until smooth. Serve immediately.
