Ingredients

  • 1 cup raspberry
  • 1/2 cup coconut milk canned lite
  • 1/2 cup almond coconut milk unsweetened, brand Almond Breeze
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp coconut sweetened shredded
  • 6 to 8 liquid stevia or sugar/honey to taste, Nu-Naturals brand, drops
  • 1 tsp lime juice
  • 1 tsp lime zest

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Combine half the raspberries and the remaining ingredients in a large container.
  2. Mix well and close container.
  3. Refrigerate overnight or at least 5-6 hours.
  4. Divide into 2 bowls or glass dishes, top with remaining berries and serve.
