Coconut Rice

This easy Coconut Rice is so amazing with it's rich flavor! Turn plain jasmine rice into a wonderful, aromatic side dish.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup jasmine rice rinsed and drained
  • 1 cup full fat coconut milk
  • 1 cup cold water

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Rinse the rice under cold water until the water is clear.
  2. Add all the ingredients to a saucepan and bring to a boil.
  3. Cover and reduce the heat to low.
  4. Simmer for 15-20 minutes or until the liquid is absorbed and rice is tender.
