Ingredients
- 1 cup jasmine rice rinsed and drained
- 1 cup full fat coconut milk
- 1 cup cold water
Instructions
- Rinse the rice under cold water until the water is clear.
- Add all the ingredients to a saucepan and bring to a boil.
- Cover and reduce the heat to low.
- Simmer for 15-20 minutes or until the liquid is absorbed and rice is tender.
