How to cook cod in air fryer. Delicious cod fillets are cooked in the air fryer, seasoned, and served with cherry tomatoes.

Ingredients
- 2 cod loin fillets
- 150 g cherry tomatoes halved
- 2 Tsp basil
- 1 Tsp parsley
- 1 Tsp oregano
- 1 Tsp thyme
- salt & pepper

- Kitchen Towel
Instructions
- Sit your cod fillets on kitchen towel and allow the moisture to soak into the towels.
- Remove the kitchen towel and place the cod fillets onto a chopping board. Season well with everything but the basil. And load into the air fryer basket.
- Add cherry tomatoes into the gaps and season with basil.
- Air fry cod fillets for 10 minutes at 180c/360f.
- When the air fryer beeps serve your cod and tomatoes.
- Optional – if cooking cod wrapped in bacon, chop into thirds, wrap in bacon and then air fry for 12 minutes instead of 10.
