Cod In Air Fryer

How to cook cod in air fryer. Delicious cod fillets are cooked in the air fryer, seasoned, and served with cherry tomatoes.

Ingredients

  • 2 cod loin fillets
  • 150 g cherry tomatoes halved
  • 2 Tsp basil
  • 1 Tsp parsley
  • 1 Tsp oregano
  • 1 Tsp thyme
  • salt & pepper

Instructions

  1. Sit your cod fillets on kitchen towel and allow the moisture to soak into the towels.
  2. Remove the kitchen towel and place the cod fillets onto a chopping board. Season well with everything but the basil. And load into the air fryer basket.
  3. Add cherry tomatoes into the gaps and season with basil.
  4. Air fry cod fillets for 10 minutes at 180c/360f.
  5. When the air fryer beeps serve your cod and tomatoes.
  6. Optional – if cooking cod wrapped in bacon, chop into thirds, wrap in bacon and then air fry for 12 minutes instead of 10.

Notes

  • Make Ahead. You can also make ahead your cod air fryer recipe and then bake it in the air fryer once you are ready.
  • Seasoning. The seasonings on the air fryer cod fillets can be replaced with the same quantity of Italian herbs or mixed herbs.
