Coffee Banana Protein Smoothie
Transform your favorite frozen blended coffee drink into a thick and creamy protein smoothie. This healthy breakfast recipe is naturally gluten free and full of nutrients.
Ingredients
- 1 ripe banana
- 1 cup vanilla Greek yogurt whole milk
- 1 cup milk or milk of choice, whole
- 2 coops collagen powder or protein powder of choice
- 2 tablespoons instant espresso powder
- 2 tablespoons cocoa powder (optional )
- ice to thicken
Instructions
- Place all ingredients in a high speed blender and pulse until smooth.
Notes
- Start with 1/2 cup ice and keep adding more until you’ve reached desired thickness level.
