  • good quality brewed coffee (medium or dark roast works best)

  1. Brew a pot of strong coffee using your preferred medium or dark roast, or use leftover coffee from your morning brew.
  2. Let the coffee cool completely to room temperature.
  3. If desired, stir in your favorite sweetener while the coffee is still warm to help it dissolve.
  4. Pour the cooled coffee into an ice cube tray, filling each compartment.
  5. Place the tray in the freezer and freeze for 4–6 hours or overnight until solid.
  6. Once frozen, pop the cubes out of the tray and transfer them to a freezer-safe container or bag for storage.
