Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup coffee strong, or cold brew
  • 1/2 cup almond milk unsweetened
  • 1/4 cup protein powder plain or vanilla
  • 1 banana large, frozen
  • 2 tablespoons almond butter creamy
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract pure

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Combine the coffee, almond milk, protein powder, frozen banana, almond butter, and vanilla extract in a high-powered blender.
  2. Blend on high until the mixture is smooth and creamy. If the smoothie is too thick, add a little more almond milk to reach your desired consistency.
  3. Pour the smoothie into two glasses and serve immediately.
