Ingredients
- 1 lb red potatoes Washed
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter
- 1/2 cup whole milk
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 large onion Sliced
- 6 cups shredded cabbage
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/3 cup chives Chopped
- 1 package Cooked Perfect Fire Grilled Chunks Buffalo Ranch
Instructions
- In a large post, boil the red potatoes until fully cooked.
- Meanwhile, heat olive oil in a large pan, saute sliced onion until golden.
- Add in shredded cabbage and cook until it's soft and cooked. Add in salt and pepper.
- Drain the potatoes and place them in a large bowl. Leave the skin on.
- Mash the potatoes using a fork or a potato masher. Add in butter and milk, mix well.
- Mix in the onion and cabbage mixture into the mashed potatoes. Mix in with chopped chives.
- Prepare Cooked Perfect Fire Grilled Chunks Buffalo Ranch according to the packaging. Serve with Colcannon Mash.
