Ingredients

  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon celery seeds optional

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, Dijon mustard, sugar, salt, pepper, and celery seeds until smooth.
  2. Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary. For a thinner consistency, add a little water or more vinegar.
  3. Use immediately or store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
