Ingredients
- 1½ ticks butter unsalted, slightly softened
- 1 small shallot roughly chopped
- 1 handful flat leaf parsley
- 3 prigs fresh savory leaves removed, stems discarded
- 3 prigs fresh marjoram leaves removed, stems discarded
- kosher salt and white pepper to taste
- Zest of 1 lemon
- ½ teaspoon Old Bay seasoning or to taste
Instructions
- Spin everything in a food processor until all the ingredients are blended, and the herbs are finely chopped. The butter should be a lovely mostly-uniform bright green.
