Ingredients

  • 1½ ticks butter unsalted, slightly softened
  • 1 small shallot roughly chopped
  • 1 handful flat leaf parsley
  • 3 prigs fresh savory leaves removed, stems discarded
  • 3 prigs fresh marjoram leaves removed, stems discarded
  • kosher salt and white pepper to taste
  • Zest of 1 lemon
  • ½ teaspoon Old Bay seasoning or to taste

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Spin everything in a food processor until all the ingredients are blended, and the herbs are finely chopped. The butter should be a lovely mostly-uniform bright green.
