Ingredients

  • 8 ounces cream cheese , softened
  • 1/2 cup butter softened, unsalted
  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar , packed
  • 1 1/2 cups chocolate chips divided, mini, semi-sweet

Instructions

  1. Add cream cheese, butter, graham crackers and vanilla extract to your stand mixer on low speed until well combined.
  2. Add in powdered sugar and brown sugar until well blended.
  3. Fold in 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips.
  4. Put mixture into the middle of a large rectangle of plastic wrap and wrap into the shape of a ball.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
  6. Roll in 1 cup mini chocolate chips before serving with graham crackers and cookies.
