Ingredients

  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 4 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 cup vanilla Greek Yogurt
  • 4 tablespoons cashew butter or almond butter
  • 4 tablespoons mini chocolate chips
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 pinch salt

Instructions

  1. Add the rolled oats, chia seeds, milk, yogurt, nut butter, mini chocolate chips, brown sugar, vanilla, cinnamon, and salt in a bowl.
  2. Mix until well combined. Cover and put the mixture into the fridge (or individual containers) for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight.
  3. When ready to enjoy, top with your choice of toppings and enjoy!
