Ingredients
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- ½ cup Butter, softened
- ½ cup vegetable oil
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 1½ cups white chocolate chips
- 10 Oreos, crushed
Instructions
- Cream butter, oil, granulated sugar, and brown sugar. Add eggs and beat until fluffy.
- Add baking soda, baking powder, salt, flour, and vanilla. Stir until just combined. Stir in white chocolate chips and crushed Oreos.
- Use cookie scoop and place on a greased cookie sheet.
- Bake at 350°F for 7-8 minutes.
