Copycat Applebee’s Spinach and Artichoke Dip

This spinach and artichoke dip blends creamy roasted garlic Alfredo sauce with cream cheese and three cheeses: Parmesan, Romano, and mozzarella. Chopped artichoke hearts and steamed spinach add texture and flavor. The dip can be adjusted for thickness by adding milk, making it suitable for dipping with chips, bread, or vegetables.
