Ingredients

  • 3 tbsp canned pumpkin
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 tbsp vanilla-flavored syrup
  • 1/4 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • 3 oz Espresso or use strong brewed coffee

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. In a small saucepan, add the pumpkin and milk
  2. Mix in the vanilla-flavored syrup and pumpkin pie spice
  3. Stir on medium heat until liquid starts to foam
  4. Pour into a coffee mug, add the espresso (or coffee) and stir
  5. Top with whipped cream and sprinkle with pumpkin pie spice if you wish.
